Does Digital Footprint Check remove my data from the internet?
No. We are a discovery and reporting tool, not a data removal service. We scan 500+ sources to show you exactly what information exists about you online, then provide detailed DIY guides showing you how to request removal yourself. You stay in control of your own privacy—we give you the knowledge and step-by-step instructions to take action.
What happens after I use my free search?
You will receive a preview of your digital footprint with limited features. To unlock more searches and full features like phone checks, social checks, gaming profile detection, and web reporting, upgrade to a paid plan.
How do I delete my account and all of my data?
You can request deletion at any time from the account settings page or by contacting support. We permanently delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do my credits expire on a subscription plan?
Monthly plan credits reset at each billing renewal and do not roll over. Annual plan credits never expire. Pay-as-you-go pack credits never expire. Free accounts that have been inactive for 30 days lose their remaining subscription credits; pack credits are not affected. If a subscription is cancelled, its subscription credits end when the subscription ends.
Do you offer any annual subscription plans?
Yes! We offer Pro Annual at $93/year (save $27) and Business Annual at $240/year (save $60). Annual plans receive all credits upfront and credits never expire throughout your subscription period.
Is there a trial period for the paid plans?
Our free plan provides a free search so you can try the service. You can upgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard.
